Welcome back! Happy Galentine’s day!
I hope you’ve all been having a wonderful week and indulging in all things pink and red!
I’ve decided to try something new for the blog, a weekly feature called “Spill the Juice!”! Spill the Juice will be a weekly installment about all things Lilly Pulitzer related, whether it is new prints, new styles, upcoming gift with purchase promotions, and the latest on anything limited edition or 60th anniversary related.
On this week’s edition I’ll be talking about four things: The Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Lilly Pulitzer book by Assouline, The Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Celebration Alexa patchwork maxi dress, the upcoming President’s Day weekend GWP promotion and the launch of their new golf line!
First up, the Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Lilly Pulitzer book by Assouline. This might just be the prettiest book EVER! Available in 3 limited edition prints and one standard edition print, this book offers a history of Palm Beach, the Lilly Pulitzer brand, and offers anecdotes and an intimate look at the life and personality of the lady we all know as “The Queen of Pink and Green”. The book also includes beautiful pictures of Lilly herself, her house, Palm Beach, as well as photos of various prints, styles, and ads from throughout the years. The standard edition print retails for 85$ and comes with a fabric covered cover in the print “Viva la Lilly”, while the Special Edition books come fabric covered with an additional fabric covered slip case in the prints “Lilly’s Palm Beach Toile”, “Cheek to Cheek”, and “Lilly’s Pink Bouquet”. There are only 400 Copies of “Cheek to Cheek”, and 300 copies of “Lilly’s Palm Beach Toile”. Each special edition copy comes with a hand numbered certificate of authenticity. I purchased a standard edition copy for myself and am in LOVE with every part of it. Be sure to check out my instagram for some sneak peaks inside (each edition is the same on the inside)! If you want one, I suggest you snap one up quick!
Second on today’s list, the Limited edition Alexa maxi dress.
This dress is fabulous. It is stunning. It is a showstopper. This limited edition patchwork maxi dress was created as a celebration of the brand’s 60 years and features many of the most popular prints from the last five or so years. Each dress is unique and every detail has been carefully considered to make each of these dresses a masterpiece! I’ve heard many rumors about this dress, that it will never make it online (false, it is online right now and you can find it linked here.), I’ve heard that there are only 30 dresses available in each size (this has yet to be confirmed), and that only a few select stores will be getting it in an extremely limited size run (this has been confirmed). This gorgeous work of art retails for $428, and if you can afford to snag this beauty, I suggest you do so quickly as it is sure to sell out fast!
Next on my list, the President’s day weekend GWP promotion!
Lilly’s GWP promotions are next to legendary and this weekend’s GWP selection does not disappoint! Starting at the $75 spend level with a case of 3 limited edition pink, white, and green golf balls, the spend level then jumps up to the $200 spend level with a printed Seaspray Wrap, and then jumps again to the $500 spend level with two printed beach towels.
The promotion runs from 2/15-2/18 so if you’d like to snap up these gifts, I’d start making your list now!
Last on my list is the new Lilly golf line!
Lilly has been breaking into athletic niches lately, most recently with their very popular tennis line last year. Their new golf line featured in their spring catalogue includes performance polo shirts, performance pants, skorts, shorts, and visors all fit for the fairway! This collection is sure to grow throughout the spring and just might (this is a rumor!) include golf bags!
If you are a golfer or hope to become one after the line is launched, these clothes are sure to be a hole in one!
Thoughts? Questions? Let me know in the comments!
Have a great week and a fabulous Galentine’s and Valentine’s day!
